Position Overview — Sales and Project Manager:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales and Project Manager to lead customer relationships from initial inquiry through successful delivery. This hybrid role bridges sales development and project execution, supporting both revenue growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with disciplined project leadership to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the sales lifecycle: respond to inquiries, develop quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project fulfillment

Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, government, and OEM clients

Develop and execute project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Monitor project KPIs, update stakeholders, and escalate risks proactively

Contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and operational workflows

Support executive leadership with accurate forecasting and performance reporting
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales, project management, or account management (ideally in B2B or aviation-related industries)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities
