Key qualities and experience should include:\n\n * \n\n A proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment\n\n * \n\n Past experience in energy consultancy, TPI or brokerage is essential\n\n * \n\n Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude in the face of rejection\n\n * \n\n Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills\n\n * \n\n Excellent time management and self-motivation\n\n * \n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret and present data\n\n * \n\n A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide\n\nWhile previous experience in the energy sector is , candidates from other sectors with demonstrable field sales success are encouraged to apply
