Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including startups, tech companies, and established enterprises.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.

• Utilize various lead generation strategies, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.

• Negotiate and close contracts and service agreements with clients.

• Regularly update and maintain client data in our CRM system.

• Stay informed about developments in the IT industry and translate this knowledge into sales opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a strong track record of success.

• Knowledge of the IT industry, including technology trends and skill requirements.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking abilities and a broad professional network within the IT industry.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
