Proactively identifying and engaging new clients across renewable energy markets

Winning new business through outbound calling, emailing, and outreach

Managing client accounts and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions

Building a strong network of senior candidates and industry contacts

Taking full control of your own desk

Sales experience

ideally 6 months+ in B2B, B2C, telesales, estate agency, SaaS, car sales, etc.

Strong communicator, confident on the phone and great at building rapport
