Role: Business Change Project Manager



Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)



Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

The Role:



You'll lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects covering process optimisation, technology rollouts, compliance and culture change. Partnering with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll develop robust plans, mitigate risks, and ensure that new ways of working are embedded successfully.

Requirements:



5+ years' experience in business change or transformation roles

Experience delivering regulatory, operational or systems-led change

Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)

Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery methods



Desirable:



Background in insurance or financial services

Formal project/change management qualifications
