This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site.  Must live in South Carolina.  No relocation allowed.

ResiliEnt Business Solutions is seeking a strategic and tech-savvy CRM Consultant to help our client's organization enhance customer relationships and streamline business processes through effective CRM implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, technology, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business workflows and customer engagement processes to identify CRM needs

• Design, configure, and implement CRM systems aligned with organizational goals

• Develop SOPs and training materials to support CRM adoption

• Create CRM strategies that improve data management and customer experience

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize CRM tools

• Monitor CRM performance and recommend system enhancements

• Prepare reports and insights on CRM usage, adoption, and ROI

• Stay current with CRM trends and recommend innovative solutions

• Assist with CRM vendor selection and implementation

✅ Required Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and managing CRM platforms

• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM

• Knowledge of CRM integration strategies and software selection methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to translate business needs into functional CRM solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field

• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
