Business Analyst - PAM

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the PAM Consultant to gather and document technical and business requirements.

· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

· Create and maintain detailed documentation including assessment reports, access models, process flows, and solution proposals.

· Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution of assessment activities.

· Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

· Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the assessment lifecycle.

· Support coordination of PoC and pilot activities, including scheduling, logistics, and reporting.

· Ensure alignment between business needs, technical recommendations, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project coordination within IT or cybersecurity domains.

· Strong understanding of access control concepts, especially RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles.

· Experience working in infrastructure-heavy environments (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX).

· Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or MS Office Suite.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
