About the Role
BAAKO Bus Company is seeking an experienced transportation professional to evaluate and strengthen our scheduling, dispatch, and fleet management systems. This consulting role focuses on improving how our operations run day to day and training staff on efficient, sustainable systems. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUS /CHARTER TRANSPORTATION.

Responsibilities

• Assess current scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance processes.
• Identify gaps and design systems that improve communication and performance.
• Develop clear operating procedures and train staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transportation operations (must have experience in bus transportation).
• Expertise in scheduling and systems management.
• Strong understanding of fleet coordination and workflow optimization.
