Building Services Mobile Engineer

We are working with the aftercare and facilities management division of a leading M&E contractor who are looking for mechanically biased building services engineers to work across their London and south business unit. as building services engineer you will mobile across their greater London business unit, carrying out planned maintenance, small installation works, reactive maintenance and fault finding in a mixture of High end residential, commercial and retail sites. One week in six on call out of hours.



Installations, Servicing & Fault finding on the below equipment.



* MVHRs, Extract fans, AHUs, FCUs, HIUs, CIUs,



* Air source heat pumps.



* Hot water cylinders.



* Pumps.



* Trace Heating.



* Electrical wiring – all levels of electrical experience considered.



* Heat exchangers.



* Emergency light testing.



* Fire alarm testing.



* BMS.



* Potable water systems L8 regs.



* One week in six on call out of hours.



* Overtime available



Must have experience of working in a similar role.



* 18th Edition wiring regulation – desirable.



* City & Guilds NVQ3 Mechanical



* CSCS / ECS card



* Computer literacy



Sign off to pay an attractive salary, a van/fuel card will be provided with an opportunity to earn overtime (OTE £60k)
