Building Services Manager

Infinite Management Services Ltd have an immediate vacancy for a Building Services Manager to join our team.
Infinite Management specialise in proving Building Services Management Solutions to the Construction Industry including Building Services Pre-Construction Management, Co-Ordination Management & Independent Commissioning Management.

Key Duties will include;
- Manage & Co-Ordinate the Building Services Contractors on behalf of the Main Contracto
- Responsible for providing technical oversight & support for installation and maintenance of the Building Services installation.
- Work with project Design team and Contractors’ team to ensure that project design proposals are logically sound in terms of coordination, buildability, programming and report on challenges and solutions to ensure progress of installation.
- Review Building Services drawing Co-Ordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
- Conduct Building Services Co-Ordination meetings with all M&E sub-contractors, and specialists.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for Building Services Co-Ordination.
- Monitor all Building Services Sub-contractors on-site work and workforce according to the construction programme.
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans and check qualities of workmanship.
- Assist with the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents as part of technical submittals and Stage 5 construction / working information.
- Ensure sub-contractor’s technical submittals are compliant with the design / performance specifications.
- Meeting with designers and subcontractors to ensure the construction, installation and commissioning works are developing as planned.
- Manage, monitor, and support site management team on Building Services packages as required to meet programme, quality standards and budget.
- Write reports on any defects and report any health and safety issues.
- Attend client/team meetings and give input on the progress of project.
- Prepare commissioning programme in conjunction with the commissioning manager.
- Manage the Building Services Snagging process.
- Ensure Building Services manuals are provided in timely manner and includes all necessary information, commissioning, and test certifications.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant experience within the Building Services Industry.
- Multi-tasking & time management skills for efficient working.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Adobe Platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Project is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with Common Data Environments such as A-Site is desirable but not essential.
