Building Services Engineer\n\nLocation: Euston, London\nSalary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm\nContract: Full-time, Permanent\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team at a well-maintained site based in Euston, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking for a stable, Monday–Friday role with excellent benefits.\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the building and its services are maintained to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n General building fabric maintenance\n\n * \n\n Basic plumbing works (e.g. taps, toilets, leaks)\n\n * \n\n Painting and minor decorative repairs\n\n * \n\n Legionella checks and monitoring\n\n * \n\n Basic electrical works (e.g.
