We’re a well-established, medium-sized business based in Victoria, looking for a reliable and proactive Building Services Engineer to join our close-knit team. The Role:



As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering a broad range of mechanical and building services across office-based sites. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, client satisfaction, and building system efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems



* Diagnose and repair mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issues



* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations



* Liaise directly with clients, providing excellent customer service



* Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota and overtime (optional)



What We’re Looking For:



* Background in Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing



* Proven experience in a similar building services or facilities maintenance role



* A "can-do" attitude with strong problem-solving skills



* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team



* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
