Maintenance Coordinator / Building Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Coordinator / Building Maintenance to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the building and equipment are properly maintained while coordinating with outside contractors and vendors as needed.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Includes a one-hour lunch break

Pay Rate:
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all general maintenance operations within the building
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC vendors
  • Monitor building systems and ensure repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
  • Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
  • Pick up company mail and make runs to local hardware stores or suppliers as needed
  • Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and management regarding maintenance projects
  • Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and operational at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with contractors effectively
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
