Cincinnati Urban Promise, located in Cincinnati, OH, is currently hiring a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in general maintenance and a commitment to quality work. PAY: $40,000–$55,000 annual salary

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance and at least three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field are .

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or emergencies

In this position, you'll perform routine inspections, handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs, maintain HVAC systems, and oversee vehicle upkeep. You'll respond to requests, support event setups, and ensure our facilities meet safety standards. Your work will directly support the daily operations of our organization and the well-being of our community.
