Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Handle drywall installation and repair
- Complete custodial duties, trash removal, and groundskeeping as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of building maintenance experience (or equivalent training)
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crawling, climbing)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
