Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a residential apartment community. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, overseeing work orders and unit turns, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance, along with proven leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians while overseeing daily maintenance operations.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.
• Oversee unit turns, including inspections, painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs.
• Coordinate and manage outside vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure the property, common areas, and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
