We are seeking an experienced professional for our Building Maintenance/Janitorial position. The ideal candidate will be able to perform all aspects of light maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and window repairs.

The successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for communicating all maintenance issues to the relevant departments and overseeing the implementation of repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of public corridors, restrooms, and reception areas.
• Keep records of building maintenance activities.
• Maintain logs of building systems, equipment, and appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
