Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. $45,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
