Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. $20 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Qualifications:

• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• Experience with facilities management software is
