Title: Building Engineer
Hours: M-F 7am - 4pm or M-F 4pm - 12:30am
Location: 9825 Spectrum Dr. Austin, TX

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Office building/lab/clean room - Siemens
Facility is dedicated to oncology

Team Overview:
Working with an FM

Resource's typical working day:

Maintaining a clean room and lab facility
Small projects
- Painting/patching
Complete work orders
General maintenance
Fast response to maintain the BAS for the clean rooms

Licenses/Certifications:
Class A license

Must Have Skills:
BAS experience
Commercial HVAC experience is a MUST HAVE
General Maintenance experience

Nice to have skills:
General building maintenance
Painting/patching

Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service skills

Years of Experience:
4 years experience working with a licensed contractor, and holding their license for at least 12 months

Education
H.S. Diploma and Trade school

Software skills:
Computer skills
Microsoft Office
