Building Maintenance Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures

• Respond to all Guest assistance requests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
• Experience with facilities management software is
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
