TEMPORARY BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT\n\n Start Date: ASAP | ⏳ Duration: 2–3 Months | Full Time (36.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)\n £13.45 per hour\n\nWe are looking for a reliable and hands-on Temporary Building Maintenance Assistant to join our client's facilities team as soon as possible.\n\nAbout the Role:\nYou will provide general assistance to the Building Services and Workshop Manager, working closely with the Building Maintenance Assistant and workshop technicians on a variety of manual building maintenance tasks. \nDuties include:\n\nMinor DIY tasks and general building works\nFixing shelving and carrying out small refurbishments\nModifications and basic decoration of office and communal spaces\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nSome building maintenance experience\nBasic electrical safety knowledge\nFamiliarity with hand and basic power tools\nConscientious, flexible, and able to work to deadlines\nCan-do attitude with good organisational and communication skills\nThis is a great opportunity to work as part of a collaborative facilities team in a varied, hands-on role.\n\n To apply, please reach out to Barbara at Select Recruitment today
