Job DescriptionJob Description

The role focuses on keeping building infrastructure and machinery safe, clean, and running efficiently. Workers handle routine maintenance, fix broken equipment, and respond to urgent repair requests

Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled upkeep tasks like lubricating moving parts, replacing air filters, calibrating equipment, and testing safety alarms.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Assist or oversee outside specialists when major facility upgrades or complex repairs occur.

Grounds & Facilities Support: Handle basic carpentry, painting, assembly, moving heavy equipment, and seasonal tasks like snow removal or landscaping.

Record Keeping: Log completed work orders, maintenance checks, parts inventory, and shift reports.

Will train the right individual.

Pay based on ability & experience.

M-F: 7:00AM - 3:30pm

Some overtime may be required.
