Seeking an engineer for a condominium community. Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing steam systems within a facility, primarily focusing on boilers, associated piping, and related equipment, ensuring safe and efficient by monitoring pressure, water levels, and system performance, while performing routine inspections, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making necessary repairs as needed; requiring adherence to strict safety regulations and record-keeping practices.

REQUIRED:

DC First or Third Class License

VA Certification for Boiler Operators
