Building Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Engineering Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Building Engineer at a global leader in commercial real estate services near Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, troubleshooting and general maintenance

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience
• Strong electrical skills
• HVAC Certification
• Electrical Certification
• Must be able to work independently
• Good technical skills
• Good problem-solving skills

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some overtime
• Environment: Manufacturing facility near robotics
• Will be working with 4 Building Engineers
• 100% onsite position
• Position type: 4 month contract position to cover for a leave, but if headcount becomes available could have full-time employment opportunity
• Pay rate approved up to $25/hr

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
