Our client, a leader in the energy efficiency and sustainable building sector, is seeking a Building Energy Data Analyst to join their team. As a Building Energy Data Analyst, you will be part of the Strategy & Planning department supporting the Clean and Resilient Buildings (CRB) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support the team in enhancing data collection, standardization, and analysis processes for building projects.
Leverage project data to fulfill data requests and conduct insightful analyses to support market insights.
Create dashboards and analytical tools to improve operational management of building efficiency programs.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection and storage, including integration with Salesforce and other datasets.
Collaborate across teams to ensure data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or building energy efficiency.
Strong knowledge of building energy systems, efficiency technologies, and energy data management.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
Experience with programming like SQL or Python and understanding of database architecture.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
