Building and Fleet Maintenance Technician

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs
Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for repairs or upgrades.
Operate forklifts safely for moving materials around the facility.
Repair and maintain trailer equipment, machinery, and buildings.
Assist with automotive repair tasks when necessary, including diesel engine repair.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Proven experience in building, and fleet maintenance or a related field is .
Experience in using hand tools effectively and safely is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
