We value humility, hunger, and emotional intelligence, and we offer competitive pay to attract the best talent.About the Role:As a Residential Project Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of our remodeling and custom home projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, lead an in-house carpentry crew, and coordinate with trade partners to bring unique projects to life. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and managing details with precision, this role is for you.What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years in construction. Hands-on experience as a carpenter or similar role is ideal.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, including clients, carpentry crews, and trade partners.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to keep clients, team members, and trade partners informed.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Builder Trend) and the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Coachability: A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our company’s culture.
• Team Player: Humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent individuals who embody our core values.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing multiple projects.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Writing detailed weekly updates for clients and internal team members.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure clarity and continuity throughout the build process.
• Ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of construction, from materials to craftsmanship.
• Overseeing change orders and addressing any modifications in scope or schedule.
