Summary:
Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the branch, ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by branch staff.
Duties:
- Oversee teller staff and operations
- Assist on the teller line with customer transactions
- Perform account opening for customers
- Maintain proper teller and vault cash levels, including ordering coin and currency
- Maintain adequate supplies at branch
- Ensure proper branch staffing
- Ensure dual control procedures are followed at all times
- Audit teller drawers
- Maintain and test alarms and other security devices
- Meet with staff regarding branch security and safety issues
- Prepare teller performance appraisals and disciplinary action as needed
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and other duties as assigned
