Summary:
Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the branch, ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by branch staff.

Duties:

  • Oversee teller staff and operations
  • Assist on the teller line with customer transactions
  • Perform account opening for customers
  • Maintain proper teller and vault cash levels, including ordering coin and currency
  • Maintain adequate supplies at branch
  • Ensure proper branch staffing
  • Ensure dual control procedures are followed at all times
  • Audit teller drawers
  • Maintain and test alarms and other security devices
  • Meet with staff regarding branch security and safety issues
  • Prepare teller performance appraisals and disciplinary action as needed
  • Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service standards and other duties as assigned
