Concrete Tower's business unit\nis dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and\ninstallation of concrete towers for wind turbines.\n

YOUR TASKS

\n

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of\nsubcontractors and report regularly to the BOP Manager and other\nstakeholders
• Ensure timely project completion\nby continuously tracking schedules and adjusting plans to prevent\ndelays
• Enforce safety regulations and building\ncodes through regular inspections and identification of hazards or\nviolations
• Ensure all construction activities\ncomply with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable\nstandards
• Implement, supervise, and ensure\ncompliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP), including\nverification of completed work units and required\ntesting
• Review construction procedures and\nresource requirements to meet design specifications and\nlocal/international standards
• Verify the\nfoundation assembly process and act as a technical advisor during\nconstruction phases, applying defined quality procedures and stop\npoints
• Identify and resolve issues during\nconstruction, verify subcontractor resources for correcting\ndeviations, and review corrective procedures for compliance with\nQCP and regulations
• Maintain accurate\ndocumentation of project progress and quality control\nmeasures
• Communicate effectively with clients,\ncontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are\nmet

YOUR PROFILE

\n

• Degree in civil engineering or a related\nfield; equivalent professional experience is also\nconsidered
• Experience in civil construction,\nideally in wind energy projects and in supervisory roles

\n

• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and\nlocal as well as international regulations

\n

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the\nability to guide and motivate teams
• Proven\nability to resolve conflicts and conduct audits in construction\nenvironments
• Fluency in German and English\n(minimum B2–C1), both written and spoken

\n

• Proficiency in project-related documentation and\nstakeholder interaction
• A valid driver’s\nlicense recognized in Germany is required for this\nposition

ADDITIONAL\nREQUIREMENTS

The\nfollowing valid certifications and safety trainings are required\nfor this position:

• Working at Heights certification (issued within the last\n12 months)
• First Aid training

\n

• Fire Awareness training
• Confined\nSpaces training (due to work in the foundation pit)
