Procon Roofing Corporation is seeking an Experienced Stand-up Boom Crane Operator to become part of our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Position Summary

Were looking for a certified and skilled Boom Crane Operator to safely and efficiently transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. This role involves operating a mobile stand-up crane with a boom reach of up to 92 feet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a dynamic construction environment.

Primary Duties

• Mobilization: Set up a crane and load necessary materials, tools, and safety equipment at job sites
• Demobilization: Safely unload and return equipment and materials to the warehouse
• Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure crane safety and performance
• Team Support: Collaborate with on-site crews and assist with general tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating boom truck cranes
• Valid Class B drivers license
• Current NCCCO certification required
• Clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, load limits, and material handling
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs (45 kg)
• Availability for full-time work
• Previous experience in roofing or construction
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude
