BlazerJobs is partnering with St. Paul Public Schools to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an itinerant, full-time contract role. This position focuses on supporting classrooms with higher behavioral needs while contributing to a larger district initiative around equitable student outcomes.
The basics:
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
- Dates: ASAP – June 11, 2026 (with possible ESY involvement)
- Setting: Itinerant (supporting multiple classrooms across the district)
- Caseload: 4 classrooms currently, with potential expansion
- Onsite or remote: Onsite
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing behavioral support across multiple classroom settings
- Consulting with staff in classrooms with higher suspension rates
- Conducting assessments and guiding intervention strategies
- Supporting the development and implementation of behavior plans
- Collaborating with teams to reduce suspensions and improve outcomes
- Contributing to a district-wide focus on more equitable discipline practices
What you’ll need:
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong school-based experience
- Confidence working across multiple sites and teams
- Experience with high-needs behavioral environments
- Ability to collaborate and consult at both classroom and systems levels

Compensation for this position ranges from $46.83 to $66.83. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
