We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is seeking full-time employment.

• Salary for a BCBA $95,000 to $110,000 (depending on experience)
• Signing bonus for a BCBA $8000*

Job Description of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
• Create Individualized, research-based client programs
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
• Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
• Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
• Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
• Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
• Safety Management
• General Cleaning/Sanitizing Duties
• You will be required to attend a monthly group virtual training with our franchisor.
• You will be required to attend a monthly individual virtual training with our franchisor.

Qualifications/Requirements of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• BACB Certification (Behavior Analyst)
• BLS / CPR certification
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
