Salary / Package:



£49,350 - £55,000

Car or £6780 car allowance

25 days holiday + bank holidays and rising with service

7.5% pension scheme, rising to 8.75% after 5 years service and 10% after 10 years

The Role:



As a BMS / BEMS service and commissioning engineer you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, commissioning of small works and reactive call outs on various BMS Systems

Covering superb sites in and around the Bury & NW areas



Requirements:



We are seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer

Experienced in commissioning systems

Knowledge of systems and certified on systems such as: Trend, Cylon, Siemens, Tridium etc

Knowledge and experience with protocols such as: BACnet / Modbus etc
