Job Title: BMS Project Sales Engineer\n Location: London, UK\n Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + Commission + Benefits\n\nAbout the Role\n\nMy client is seeking a motivated and commercially driven BMS (Building Management Systems) Project Sales Engineer to join their growing London-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation in BMS or building automation who is ready to take ownership of sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive project growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nIdentify, develop, and secure new BMS project opportunities across commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients\nManage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to project handover\nPrepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions\nCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users\nAttend client meetings, site visits, and industry events across London and surrounding areas\nTrack pipeline activity and achieve agreed sales targets\nStay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity\nKey Requirements\n\n3–7 years’ experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation sales/engineering\nStrong understanding of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell)\nProven track record in technical sales or project estimation\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nSelf-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities\nFull UK driving licence\nDesirable Skills\n\nExperience with energy management solutions and smart building technologies\nKnowledge of IoT integration or digital building platforms\nExisting network within London construction or FM sectors\nFamiliarity with frameworks and public-sector procurement\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission structure\nCar allowance or company vehicle\nPension scheme and private healthcare\nOngoing training and career progression opportunities\nFlexible / hybrid working model\nIf you are interested in the role, please apply with your CV or contact Damien on (phone number removed)\n\nSER-IN
