BMS Project Engineer in CB1

Job Description

Be part of a team dedicated to provision of building management control systems nationwide, but primarily\n\nwithin East Anglia.\n\nManage & engineer BMS projects to ensure that the works are delivered; on time, within budget and in\n\naccordance with the specification.\n\nDesign, supply, programme and engineer Building Management Systems (Trend & Schneider)\n\nWork with in-house coordinators, clients, contractors, consultants and project managers in project\n\nplanning, forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, equipment and material are available to\n\ncomplete a project.\n\nUnderstanding the project specification and translating it into a solution.\n\nPreparation of Description of Operation documents, control panel drawings and electrical installation line\n\ndiagrams.\n\nPreparation of final documentation such as O & M manuals.\n\nEngineer controller software, produce graphics and set-up operator workstations.\n\nManage the on-site delivery electrical installation & commissioning people.\n\nHandover & demonstration of completed works.\n\nComplete necessary administration documentation such as timesheets and expenses forms
