Seeking a BMS Project Engineer to oversee Building Management System projects from design through commissioning, ensuring high standards on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BMS project delivery: design review, installation oversight, system integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and controls subcontractors to ensure seamless system operation.
• Act as technical liaison, managing client communications, presenting progress updates, and gathering requirements.
• Support programming and configuration of BMS software platforms.
• Prepare accurate technical documentation: site reports, test schedules, commissioning certificates, and O&M manuals.
• Troubleshoot system issues—both onsite and remotely—to resolve faults swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BMS Project Engineer or Controls Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Trend, Schneider).
• Proficiency in commissioning procedures, programming, and HVAC system controls.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Formal engineering education or equivalent technical qualifications .
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BSRIA, commissioning credentials) advantageous.
