BMS Commissioning Engineer\n\n London Region\n\n 9-Month Contract\n\n Outside IR35\n\nI'm recruiting for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a major project across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning engineer with a strong background in delivering BMS projects from pre-commissioning through to final handover.\n\nThe Role:\n\nCommission, test, and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure they operate efficiently and meet project specifications.\nProduce commissioning documentation, reports, and support final client demonstrations and handovers.\nDiagnose and resolve commissioning issues, making software and control strategy adjustments where required.\nCarry out point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system validation across HVAC plant and associated controls. \n\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years' experience commissioning Building Management Systems.\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies, and BMS principles.\nExperience working with one or more major BMS platforms.\nProven track record of delivering commissioning projects on commercial or industrial sites.\nECS/CSCS Card (or equivalent).\nSMSTS or SSSTS certification.\nSIS Modbus Certification
