About the Company\n\nMy client is a well established and growing BMS company who specialise in commercial, Healthcare and industrial projects as well as a large service and maintenance portfolio nationwide. This company prides itself on its staffs longevity, investment in employees and its excellent service to clients.\n\n​\n\nAbout the Role\n\nDue to sheer growth they are now looking to expand their projects team and hire a number of experienced BMS commissioning engineers. The ideal BMS Engineer will have certification and hands-on experience with Trend, Tridium, Schneider or similar systems.\n\n​\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * \n\n Commissioning BMS projects in the South East England & London area.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to specifications.\n\n * \n\n Conduct detailed commissioning of BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security integrations.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all BMS components are installed and operational as per the project specifications and design documents.\n\n * \n\n Perform thorough testing and validation of BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.\n\n * \n\n Identify and troubleshoot any issues during the commissioning phase, providing effective solutions.\n\n * \n\n Utilize expertise in Trend, Tridium, or Schneider systems to configure, program, and test BMS components.\n\n * \n\n Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams and subcontractors.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration of BMS systems with other building services.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.\n\nQualifications\n\n​ \n\n * \n\n Certification in Trend, Tridium, Delta or Schneider systems is required.\n\n * \n\n BCIA01, 02 & 03 minimum required.\n\n * \n\n Electrical safety awareness training.\n\n * \n\n Additional certifications in related BMS systems are advantageous but not essential.\n\n​\n\nRequired Skills\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and components.\n\n * \n\n Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\n * \n\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\n * \n\n Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * \n\n Proficient in the use of commissioning tools and software.\n\n​\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n * \n\n Additional certifications in related BMS systems are advantageous but not essential.\n\nPay range and compensation package\n\n£50k- £65k Basic depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Company Vehicle - Electric\n\n * \n\n Death in Service Policy\n\n * \n\n UK Healthcare cash benefit\n\n * \n\n Enhanced sickness pay policy\n\n * \n\n Enhanced Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental and Adoption Leave Policy\n\n * \n\n Employee Assistance Programme\n\n * \n\n On going training and development\n\n * \n\n Cycle to Work Scheme
