Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer - Trend\n Location: Leeds\n Start Date: ASAP\n Contract Length: 3 Months\n IR35 Status: Outside IR35\n Day Rate: Competitive (DOE)\n\nOverview:\n We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer for a 3-month contract based on a large accommodation site in Leeds. The role involves working with Trend BMS systems, including IQ Vision and IQ4.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCommissioning and configuring Trend BMS systems\n\nSoftware modifications and functional testing\n\nSupporting project delivery on a busy live site\n\nLiaising with project managers and on-site teams to ensure smooth delivery\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience with Trend IQ Vision and IQ4\n\nAbility to manage commissioning activities independently\n\nCSCS or ECS card \n\nStrong communication and reporting skills
