Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer for a 3-month contract based on a large accommodation site in Leeds. The role involves working with Trend BMS systems, including IQ Vision and IQ4.



Key Responsibilities:



Commissioning and configuring Trend BMS systems



Software modifications and functional testing



Supporting project delivery on a busy live site



Liaising with project managers and on-site teams to ensure smooth delivery



Requirements:



Proven experience with Trend IQ Vision and IQ4



Ability to manage commissioning activities independently



CSCS or ECS card



Strong communication and reporting skills
