BMS / BEMS Project Manager\n\nAlecto Recruitment is working with a UK Leading provider within the building management systems sector. A very successful business with a great team. \n\nDue to continued growth across the business and success within new vertical markets, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Project Manager.

\n\nSalary & Benefits: \n\n£70,000 - £80,000\n£6825 Car Allowance\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Rising with service\n7.5% Pension rising to 10% with service\nCompany performance related bonus\nCompetitive sick pay \n\nThe Role:\n\nThe position plays an integral position in providing a professional and quality service to customer and the successful delivery of all project works.\nFull cost management of all allocated projects\nOverall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payments\nCoordinate with estimating / sales team at a technical / commercial level\nAttend project handover meetings \n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong ability to work well as part of a team but also efficiently on your own\nStrong commercial awareness\nGood understanding of Building management systems (BMS) / Building energy management systems (BEMS)\nStrong leadership qualities\nTechnical expertise on BMS / HVAC Products \n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a successful business and team working on superb projects.
