You'll be supported with comprehensive technical training and career development, including manufacturer control system certifications and BCIA courses - setting you up for a long-term career in smart building technologies.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a BMS Assistant Commissioning Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced commissioning engineers, gaining hands-on experience and learning to deliver high-quality BMS solutions for our clients.\n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n\nSupporting the commissioning of Building management systems (BMS) control systems across commercial and industrial projects.\n\nInstalling, wiring, and testing BMS panels and field devices.\n\nAssisting with system checks, calibration, and fault finding.\n\nLearning to interpret control drawings, schematics, and software graphics.\n\nCollaborating with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.\n\nAbout You\n\nThis role will ideally suit a qualified Electrician with a background in panel installation or controls wiring who wants to progress into BMS commissioning.\n\nWe'd love to hear from you if you have:\n\nElectrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).\n\nExperience in installing or wiring BMS panels or control systems.\n\nA proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn.\n\nBasic understanding or exposure to BACnet, Modbus, or KNX protocols (advantageous but not essential).\n\nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West region.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nStructured training pathway towards BMS commissioning engineer status.\n\nManufacturer and BCIA-accredited courses.\n\nCompetitive salary with regular reviews.\n\nCompany vehicle and travel expenses.\n\nSupportive team environment with a genuine focus on career growth.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a UK Leading BMS Specialist who will offer the platform to progress and develop within the BMS Industry.\n\nINDBMS
