Picture this: you arrive to a humming production line, scan the overnight logs, and head straight to a blow molding cell that needs a quick adjustment. You swap neck tooling with precision, tune a pneumatic circuit, and return a palletizer to peak performance. By mid-morning, you're diagnosing a hydraulic issue, fabricating a small bracket to prevent recurring wear, and coordinating with operations to schedule preventive maintenance. That's a typical day for a Blow Molding Equipment Maintenance Specialist supporting our people, our machines, and our commitment to quality.

What You'll Tackle

• Champion safety and compliance with corporate and plant standards, as well as applicable regulations.
• Install, align, and repair blow mold systems, trimmers, palletizers, and related machinery.
• Execute mold, neck tooling, and pin changes to meet production needs.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform proactive PMs to keep assets in optimal running condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and restore machine components to extend equipment life.
• Diagnose root causes and repair blow mold, baggers, and supporting equipment.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines when needed to support the team.
• Coordinate frequently with peer departments to align maintenance with production goals.
• Adapt to site-specific equipment and layouts; duties may vary by plant design.
• Work under direction for specific tasks from the Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned; complex issues come with assistance and a review for sound professional judgment.

Business needs may require reasonable mandatory overtime.

What You Bring

• Comfort with basic math and computer use.
• Foundational knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• : 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Setting

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced production environment with moving mechanical parts and a consistently loud soundscape. Temperatures can vary with the seasons, and PPE is required in production and other designated areas.
