We're looking for an experienced BIM Manager to define and lead the BIM strategy on major industrial projects. This is a leadership position focused on coordination, governance, and stakeholder management rather than hands-on modeling
What we're looking fo
- 6–10 years of experience in BIM environments, with a proven track record as a BIM Manager or BIM lead on industrial or large-scale projects
- .A management-oriented profile, with strengths in leadership and team coordination rather than day-to-day technical execution
- .Experience on international projects involving multiple stakeholders and multicultural teams
- .Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary meetings
- .Autonomy, proactivity, sound judgement, and confidence in decision-making
- .A solid BIM technical foundation that enables you to oversee tools and processes at a strategic level
- .Knowledge of open formats (IFC) and best practices in coordination
- .Proficiency with Navisworks Manage: model federation, clash detection, and reporting
- .Experience with BIM interoperability on international projects
- .Experience producing reporting and dashboards for BIM and project management
Key responsibilitie
- Define, lead, and maintain the project's BIM strategy, ensuring correct implementation across the entire project lifecycle
- .Exercise BIM governance, ensuring compliance with standards, processes, deadlines, quality requirements, and contractual commitments
- .Coordinate and manage internal and external BIM teams, as well as interactions across disciplines, engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers
- .Manage complex interfaces between disciplines and companies, anticipating risks and proposing mitigation measures
- .Oversee BIM progress tracking, issue management, and clash resolution from a whole-project perspective
- .Act as the primary BIM point of contact for the client, providing technical judgement, autonomy, and strong problem-solving capability
- .Lead the definition and monitoring of reporting, KPIs, and BIM dashboards to support decision-making
- .Promote BIM best practices, continuous improvement, and a culture of collaboration in digital environments
- .Ensure proper use of collaborative platforms and CDEs, without becoming involved in operational modeling tasks
