Job DescriptionJob Description
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Billing Coordinator with minimum 1 year of billing experience. Will be responsible for invoicing/billing customers based on services completed, audit rates and pricing before invoicing, and review invoicing for accuracy. Job will require position to assist with preparation for audit, will handle shipment data entry and billing for customers both on and offshore. Ideal candidate has experience in billing for freight/logistics.
1 Invoicing/billing to customers after service coordination completed
2 Invoice customers within standard billing KPI and dispatch invoices timely
3 Audit all applicable customer rates and pricing as part of the billing process including cost associated with each job
4 Assure that all invoicing is done correct and fully meets the customers’ expectations
5 Make sure to maximize the operating income (profit) on every job invoiced to customer
6 Familiar with Customer SOP
7 Monitor/Log and Make Corrections to invoices as needed
