Bilingual Roofing Foreman (with Solar Knowledge)Location: Sonoma County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman with knowledge to lead residential, commercial and public works projects. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure quality and safety standards on every job.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing crews
• Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards
• Communicate daily with project managers and superintendents
• Read and interpret plans, permits, and technical specifications
• Inspect materials, tools, and workmanship for compliance
• Train and mentor crew members to ensure consistent performance
• Complete daily progress reports and jobsite documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (composition, tile, metal, TPO, etc.)
• Solar installation or coordination experience
• Ability to manage teams of 48 workers effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
