Job Description\n Hiring Immediately - Bilingual Production Line Lead - Elgin, IL:\n\n\n Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Production Line Lead jobs in Elgin, IL.  As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals.  Weekly pay starting at $22 - $24/hr.\n

Requirements:\n\n

\n
• \n \n Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish\n

\n

• \n \n Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams\n

\n

• \n \n Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities\n

\n

• \n \n Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience\n

\n

\n\n
\n\n\n Responsibilities\n\n

\n
• \n \n Track daily attendance\n

\n

• \n \n Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.\n

\n

• \n \n Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards. \n

\n

• \n \n Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.\n

\n

• \n \n Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over. \n

\n

• \n \n Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested. \n

\n

• \n \n Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.\n

\n

\n\n\n Schedule - We have openings on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift:\n\n

\n
• \n \n 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm\n

\n

• \n \n 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am\n
