We are seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair manufacturing production and processing machinery.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Multi-Craft Technician will participate in all electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities within the facility. Manufacturing experience required.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the root cause of problems.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts.
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to assist in troubleshooting and repair processes.
- Greenfield experience - Facility startup, machine installation a plus.
- Strong multi-skilled talent to include: Electrical, PLC troubleshooting or programming, robotics maintenance, pneumatics.
- Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Monitors and enforces safety requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 4 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field; Electrical industry experience a plus; 3 – 5 years prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Proficient in welding techniques.
- Experience working with low voltage electrical systems is .
- Field service experience is a plus.
- Technical sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Spanish Speaking
