About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin Project Coordinator to support and manage projects involving both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. In this role, you will serve as a key communication bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in multicultural environments, excels at project coordination, and can effectively navigate both linguistic and cultural nuances to drive successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams, facilitating clear and accurate communication.
  • Translate and interpret project-related documents, communications, and meetings as needed.
  • Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, presentations, and other project-related events involving international stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, action items, meeting notes, and correspondence.
  • Support project planning and implementation efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and promote effective teamwork.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both .
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with international teams or in multicultural business environments.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology related to assigned projects.
  • Knowledge of additional or regional dialects relevant to Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • Experience using remote collaboration and virtual meeting platforms.
